Misc Notes: The Dynamics' vocalist, Jimmy Hanna, recruited and groomed a teenage female vocal trio to back him in performance and on recordings. "I had founded a group of young black girl singers to sing behind me. It was two sets of sisters -- Beatrice Kay "BK" Lewis and Penny Lewis, and Barbara Lavert, and Ruby Lavert." By the time they recorded, Penny was not involved.
