MISC NOTES: Solo outing for a Florida-born country artist calling the Pacific Northwest home for the past twenty years. Those two decades have seen the now 45-year-old singer / songwriter / musician appear under a variety of act names include the Top Hands and, at this junction Upstream Country. Commenting on Frank's single, Mrs. Laura Watts, his personal manager, characterizes "six candles" as a country love ballad. As for "Harry And Helen", Mrs. Watts says the uptempo country tuner focuses on the near marital relationship between Harry and the Mountain, a relationship that prevented Harry from abandoning his domain even in the face of eminent disaster. Both cuts appear on a new album. [NORTHWEST DISC-COVERIES & SOUND REPORT  Volume 5 #10 December, 1980.
