MISC NOTES:

Solo outing for a Florida born country artist calling the Pacific Northwest home for the past twenty years. Those two decades have seen the now 45 year old singer/songwriter/musician appear under a variety  of act names include the Top Hands and, at this junction Upstream Country. Commenting on Frank's single, Mrs. Laura Watts, his personal manager, characterizes "six candles" as  country love ballad. As for "Harry And Helen", Mrs. Watts says the up tempo country selection focuses on the near man-wife relationship between Harry and the Mountain, a relationship that prevented Harry  from abandoning his domain even in the face of eminent disaster. Both cuts appear on a now-being-released album.
