Bodine was formed in April 1968 in California, by three members of the Daily Flash (Lalor, Magness, Keliehor) plus, New York's Eric Karl and Berkely's David Brooks. In December 1968 they moved to Seattle, gigged, and then in May 1969 they packed up and left for Los Angeles. Between June and July the band recorded the Bodine album for MGM. In September of 1969 they again returned to the Northwest for another tour under the name, the Popcorn. By December of 1969, management collapsed and the band dissolved.
MISC NOTES: On some album jackets BODINE is brown with a tan background. Others feature BODINE in tan on a brown background.
