MISC NOTES: Solo outing for a country singer/songwriter/guitarist who performed in the Bremerton, Washington area for a number of years before heading for a new home in Oregon. There, he formed a group known as the Double Dares with wife Anni and Tena Montana. Now, Jerry says he's striking out on his own to do an act with a country - novelty flavor. "Move Over Rover," says Dare, is a mid-tempo tune with just that focus in that lyrically it relates to anyone who's ever been "in the doghouse" with his wife. He tags "Settin' Up And Tearin' Down" as an uptempo tune relating to the trials and tribulations of musicians performing on the road. [NORTHWEST DISC-COVERIES & SOUND REPORT Volume 4 #5 July, 1979.]
