Misc Notes:
"Little Ole Sod Shanty On The Claim" and "Chicken Reel" were reportedly recorded by De Noone in Missouri during 1941. Whether or not either song was released on disc is not known.
In a similar vein, during early 2025 a 12.5-inch 78-rpm acetate disc of "You Ran Around While I Was Gone" popped up that was credited to "Big Jim De Noone and His Rhythm Rustlers.' It had been found in a 4 Star warehouse. Recording date noted as: 1.24.1949. "M-2092 inscribed at center. Another similar 45-rpm disc was of Big Jim DeNoone with Martha Lou Gaches (vocals) doing "Believe In Me"[Take 3] on 9.30.1953. The sleeve noted: 4*-45-6439-C"
