Misc Notes: Patric Shawn O'Neill [RIP] recorded under his own name and with bands including: the Westside Lockers; the Chains of Hell Orchestra; and Tse Tse Force. He was also a talented filmmaker, best known for 1989's Fertilichrome Cheerleader Massacre which featured acting by Northwest musicians including the Screaming Trees' Mark Lanegan (as "Jimmy"), Van Conner (as "Bong") and Mark Pickerel (as "Lewis") -- along with noted producer Steve Fisk (as "Dr. Stimson") also providing the musical soundtrack.
