Misc Notes: Among their many Seattle gigs was an appearance on August 5, 1967, at the First Annual Rock Music Festival at the Green Lake Aqua Theater. Upon Hendrick's early death, the band recorded a tribute song for Seattle's Piccadilly label: "Barefoot John."
