Originally THE FURYS, THE PIPERS  left town to accept a club residency in San Francisco before heading off to Los Angeles.  They returned home,  worked as the PIPERS IV and eventually assembled a new lineup which then worked and recorded as THE WILD/WILDE KNIGHTS, GENESIS,KING BISCUIT ENTERTAINERS and AMERICAN CHEESE
