MISC NOTES: On April 4, 1960, a girl-group comprised of Linda Moore, Dorothy Stewart -- and a friend who would later adopt the stage-name of Azizi Johari -- entered Joe Boles Custom Recorders in West Seattle to make a recording sponsored by Eddie Gatti. Also present were Gatti's combo, the Breakers, and Steve Brett, the singer with Burien-based band, the Valients. The result was a single that was soon released on the Hydro label. It featured the Marvelles on the A-side ("Call Me Back"), and also them backing Brett on the B-side ("Dream Tonight). Upon release, alas, Gatti suddenly passed away and the project lost all momentum.
