MISC NOTES: Soon after Penguin Record's released these two songs (Penguin #1002, label owner Jim Hammer struck a deal with California's Era Records for them to re-release the single nationally. Part of that deal, was to transfer the song-publishing credit from his Hammer Music company, over to a company that Era's owner controlled: Bamboo Music, Inc. Era failed to push the record to radio-hit status.
