MISC NOTES: Pressed, but never formally "released" because of failure to obtain necessary songwriting credits for "Elevator Operator" from composer Schreffler. However, as is often the case with non-releases, copies of the disc have been found. "Release" date reported as 1969-10, but more likely discs appeared in 1970.
