MISC NOTES:

According to one source this disc,  (#1) below, was bootlegged in Germany (#2), the same year it was initially released in America. Then, in 1988,  the 1959 boot was recopied (#3) and - again - reissued, this time  in the U.S.

While data on all three discs is listed below, the most visible dentifying factor of the  #s 2 and 3 boots is the authorization and licensing  information printed around the outside edge of the records' labels.
