MISC NOTES: Subtitle on LP jacket: "The First Recordings of Gary Williams These 16 Early Recordings Are Issued In Limited Edition As A Collector's Item."  Recorded between 1960 and 1961, these Empire Recordings were the first that Williams cut after his 1957 Verve recordings. In 1976 the Folk Variety label re-released them in Germany under the title of: The Travelin' Blues Boy (16 Earliest Recordings) [FV 12009].
