MISC NOTES: Little Bill: "'Sweet Cucumber' was a dream. I just dreamt the title and then woke up in the middle of the night and thought it was a weird sounding name, so I wrote a song around it. Ron Peterson [of the Frantics] did the arrangement. 'Why Was I Ever Born' was supposed to be the one that sold, but it didn't work out. It had strings by some guy from the Seattle Symphony who came down and played on it. It was a ballad, a tear-jerker. I really did like that song, but it never caught on."
