At some date in the late 1970s or early 1980s the Collectables label took over distribution of what had up until then been the Columbia Hall Of Fame (HOF) record series.
The, by that time, gray Columbia label background was retained as was the #13 prefix followed by five digits numbering format. New additions were the stylized COLLECTABLES name/logo to the lower left of the spindle hole and DIST. BY COLLECTABLES * BOX 35 * NARBERTH, PA 19072 center arced along the bottom outer edge of the paper.
Although it is likely that all of the Columbia HOF "Northwest" artist discs were acquired by Collectables, as of April, 2020, an example of each has not been located for cataloging.
