MISC NOTES: The history behind this bootleg disc is a mystery. Juke Box Records was mainly involved in re-releasing unauthorized vintage doo-wop recordings. Rumors tell that they were produced by some guy named "Mad Mike." What is certain, though, is that this "S. Bennett" character - who is listed as the song's authors - did not write them as they were, in fact, composed by the Sonics' keyboardist, Gerald Roslie.
