MISC NOTES: Originally issued as: HOF #4 - 33082. Also as: Collectables Columbia Hall Of Fame #13 - 33 082.

During the transition from #4 prefix red labels to  printed #13 prefix red labels, some discs were  issued with #13 prefix + number white boxes overlaying the original #4 prefix  + number. One #13 - 33082 has been found with this  white box overlay.
