On November 17, 2024 Danny O'Keefe informed us that this record: "...was intended to be a publishing demo and most of the songs are demos I recorded for publishing and copyright." So, intended to promote the Burdette Music Co. song-publishing firm, it preceded the Introducing Danny O'Keefe LP on Burdette's sister label, Panorama Records (#105), and was issued in a thin paper sleeve, * rather than the latter's cardboard jacket.

Although the song list is the same on both the Burdette and Panorama discs, some  of the printed titles feature minor variations.

This is the only known Jerden-related label to display the company address as (Audio Recordin, Inc.) 2227 Fifth Ave., Seattle, Wash.  98121,
